What’s included
Both options include a certified Chinese translation of the front and back of your driving license, prepared and stamped by an authorized translation office, plus a printed copy. Choose €25 with delivery within China or €45 with delivery outside China. Translation and shipping are paid together on Stripe.
After payment
Enter your full name, email and WhatsApp-enabled mobile number, including the country code, on Stripe. We contact that number on WhatsApp within 24 hours after payment. You send clear photos of both sides of your home-country license and confirm your application city and delivery address. We wait for your go-ahead on WhatsApp before proceeding with the translation.
Cancellation and refunds
No refunds after you confirm on WhatsApp that we should proceed with your translation. Paying at checkout does not, by itself, authorize us to start the translation. If you want to cancel before giving the go-ahead, contact us with the name and email you used on Stripe.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any rights relating to a service that is not provided or is defective.
Delivery
Choose delivery within China (€25 total) or outside China (€45 total) when ordering. You can provide your hotel or delivery address afterwards. We confirm the address and delivery schedule with you on WhatsApp.
Your temporary driving permit
Take the stamped translation, your original license, passport and entry documents to the DMV. The office handles your application, photos and permit. DMV fees and car rental are separate from your translation order.
